At these meetings, we’ll present the Dallas Development Code Diagnostic Report, which takes a close look at our current development regulations and introduces a series of new concepts and approaches to modernize the code and make it more intuitive, predictable, and user-friendly. The goal? A zoning code that’s intuitive, predictable, and easy to use for everyone.
